EMBOLDEN has received nearly $1 million from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) Healthy Canadians and Communities Fund (HCCF). The community-based research project to promote health, independence and mobility among older adults, is led by ACHRU's Co-Scientific Director, Rebecca Ganann.

New Infographics for the Community Partnership Program for Diabetes

Researchers, patient/public partners, and a graduate student from the ACHRU’s Community Partnership Program (CPP) for Diabetes team have created six new infographics about older adults with diabetes from an analysis of population-based data.
