In our latest videos, our Patient Partners share their experiences as part of the Transitional Care Stroke Intervention (TCSI) Study.
Video 1:
In the first video our Patient Partners explain why it is important for persons living with stroke to participate as a member of a research team and share their lived experience with stroke.

Video 2:
In the second video, our Patient Partners discuss their vision for and potential impact of the My Stroke Recovery Journey website. The website was part of the Transitional Care Stroke Intervention. This interactive website, www.mystrokerecoveryjourney.ca was co-designed with patient partners, and produced by the Aging, Community and Health Research Unit (ACHRU), to support system navigation for older adults with a stroke transitioning from hospital to home.
